At Beehive Reading Academy, we believe that successful reading begins years before a child reads their first book. Strong readers are built by developing language, listening, memory, attention, executive functioning, phonological awareness, and critical thinking skills that form the foundation for literacy.

Early Literacy & Learning to Read

Preschool through Early Kindergarten

Before children learn to read, they must first develop the skills that make reading possible.
