Beehive Academy offers a Token Option for families who want access to our classes without committing to multiple days or several hours each week.
Instead of purchasing a membership, families purchase a set number of tokens each month. One token equals one hour of class. Parents can use their tokens to select from available classes that match their child's developmental level and interests. This makes it easy for a child to attend one class a week, several classes throughout the month, or a combination of different classes depending on the number of tokens purchased.
Token Option
The Token Option is especially helpful for families who want enrichment classes but do not need the longer 3-hour or 6-hour membership blocks. Children can participate in individual classes such as reading, math, science, art, music, movement, social development, and other Beehive Academy programs, based on their placement level and current class availability.
Membership families receive priority enrollment and first choice of classes. After membership enrollment is complete, Token families may enroll in any classes that still have available spaces. Because Beehive maintains very small class sizes and a 1:6 teacher-to-student ratio, Token enrollment is available only when space remains in a particular class.
The Token Option gives families flexibility while still providing access to Beehive Academy's small-group, expert-led developmental and educational programs—purchase the number of hours you need and choose the available classes that work best for your family.

Token Scheduling & Expiration Policy
Membership families receive first priority when selecting and enrolling in Beehive Academy classes. Token enrollment is available only after member enrollment and is always subject to remaining class availability.
Families who purchase tokens must schedule their child's classes during the same month in which the tokens are purchased. We strongly recommend scheduling all intended classes as early in the month as possible to ensure the greatest selection of available days and times.
Purchasing tokens does not reserve or guarantee a specific class, day, or time. Classes may fill, and availability may change throughout the month. It is the family's responsibility to schedule and use their purchased tokens before the end of the monthly period.
Tokens Expire at the End of Each Month
All tokens are valid only for the month in which they are purchased. Any tokens that have not been used by the end of that month will expire.
Unused tokens do not roll over to the following month and are not eligible for refunds or credits. This includes tokens that remain unused because a family did not schedule classes, waited until later in the month to schedule, or was unable to obtain a preferred class, day, or time.
Tokens are also non-transferable between students or families and have no cash value.
Scheduled Classes
Once your child is scheduled for a class, that space is reserved specifically for your child. Cancellations and no-shows will still use the scheduled token.
If another family cancels and an opening becomes available, Beehive Academy may contact Token families to offer the available space. However, additional openings are not guaranteed and will be offered based on the child's appropriate class placement, scheduling needs, and space availability.
Please Plan Ahead
The Token option is designed to provide families with flexibility while allowing Beehive Academy to maintain our small class sizes and priority enrollment for members. For this reason, Token families are required to schedule their classes each month and use their tokens before the monthly expiration date.
We encourage families to schedule early so they can receive the greatest possible selection of available classes.
